About New World Lawn Maintenance

New World Lawn Maintenance & Landscape Design is an owner-run landscaping company established in 1998, providing monthly lawn maintenance, palm tree service, tree trimming and pruning, irrigation and sprinkler repair, landscape design, artificial turf, pavers, and landscape lighting across the Las Vegas Valley. The Site provides information about what we offer and lets you request a free estimate or contact us.

Eligibility

Scheduling requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed until we confirm them with you. Recurring maintenance schedules, project timelines, and plant or material availability may shift with weather, seasonal conditions, and supplier stock. We will keep you informed of any changes.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us by calling (702) 884-5924 so we can try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court instead.

General Terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement you sign with us, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site; a signed written agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. Headings are for convenience only.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
